They are reared on a rotational basis focusing on pasture management in order to utilize the optimal nutritional value of the grass while ensuring the optimum quantity. This process will guarantee the best quality grass-fed organic beef around. As a New Zealand farmer....this is just what we do...and we've been known to do it well for many years!
